What was the highlight of Iliada Beach Hotel
Gut
Die Lage ist wirklich super, viel ruhiger im Gegensatz zu Agia Napa und der Strand ist wunderschön. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war ganz ok. Wir habe ein Zimmer mit kompletten Meerblick erhalten obwohl wir eigentlich nur seitlichen Meerblick gebucht haben. Das Zimmer und Bad sehen sehr schön aus. Man hat Liegen die zum Hotel gehören für die man nichts bezahlen muss und man konnte sich Badetücher bei der Rezeption holen (10€ Kaution für die ganze Woche + man konnte sie ständig gegen neue umtauschen + beim auschecken hat man die 10€ zurückbekommen).
Das Personal hat zuerst gemeint wir könnten später auschecken, dann ging es doch nicht, aber sie meinten sie könnten uns ein Zimmer fürs duschen und umziehen für eine kurze Zeit zur Verfügung stellen können. Später haben sie gemeint es geht doch nicht aber wir dürfen unser Zimmer 30 Minuten länger haben. Wenn man uns im voraus gesagt hätte es geht nicht, wäre es auch ok gewesen und wir hätten den Tag einfach anders geplant. Der Erste Eindruck vom Hotel war von außen sehr gut, auch der Eingangbereich sah sehr schön aus, als wir jedoch dann den Aufzug genommen haben, wurde uns schlecht, da dieser sehr schmutzig und alt war und man das Gefühl hatte, dass man es kaum in das nächste Stockwerk schafft ehe er auseinander fällt. Vom Aufzug bis zum Zimmer sieht es nicht mehr so modern aus, es gibt einen sehr alten Teppich am Fußboden und die Zimmerantenne wirken auch eher alt. Schon am ersten Tag haben wir schmutzige Taschentücher in einem Glas bekommen und so ganz sauber war das Zimmer nicht, Badezimmer jedoch schon. Man hat oft keine Handtücher bekommen und wenn dann waren sie schmutzig, auch die Bettwäsche war schmutzig. Neue Bettwäsche haben wir nicht bekommen weil sie meinten, dass sie am Abend keinen Zugang dazu haben und haben uns nur eine Steppdecke angeboten. Das beste war natürlich die Klimaanlage die auf ei mal mitten unter der Woche auf 30 Grad umgestellt und auf heizen eingestellt wurde. Die Gebühr für den Safe fand ich ein bisschen teuer 2€/Tag. Der Kaffe beim Frühstück schmeckt schrecklich, hoffe sie ändern das. Würde es aber auch trotzdem aufgrund der Lage und des Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfehlen.
